MLA Archiver supports single message retrieval and group message retrieval. Messages can be downloaded to user accounts or sent to other systems for limitation support.       
 
Create Reports, Alarms, and Warnings
Reports may be automatically mailed to you on a regular schedule, such as weekly, immediately, or  when a potential violation occurs. Set-up automatic warnings to the sender to advise them immediately of potential problems or create any message text you desire.   

Internal and External Messages
Unlike perimeter appliances that can only monitor messages entering or leaving the company, MLA Archiver monitors both internal and external emails. Handles internal messages that could lead to harassment complaints or violations.
